Welcome to the websites of Anaheim White House, operated by Anaheim White House Restaurant (“Anaheim White House,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including anaheimwhitehouse.com and anaheimwhitehousewedding.com (the “Sites”). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Sites.
Use of the Sites
You may use the Sites for personal, non-commercial purposes, such as viewing our menus, learning about our events, and contacting us. You agree not to misuse the Sites, including by attempting to gain unauthorized access, interfering with their operation, or using them for any unlawful purpose.
Menus, pricing, and event information
We work to keep the information on our Sites accurate and up to date. Menus, prices, hours, events, and availability may change without notice, and the Sites may occasionally contain errors. In the event of any difference, the information provided by our staff and in your written confirmation will apply.
Reservations, private events, and weddings
Online reservations are made through a third-party reservation platform and are subject to that platform’s terms as well as our reservation policies. Private events, banquets, weddings, and catering are governed by the separate agreement, deposit terms, and policies provided to you at the time of booking. Submitting an inquiry through the Sites does not confirm a booking.
Gift cards and online purchases
Gift cards and merchandise may be purchased through third-party providers. These purchases are subject to the terms of the provider and any terms printed on or provided with the gift card.
Intellectual property
The content on the Sites, including our name, logo, photographs, text, and design, belongs to Anaheim White House or its licensors and is protected by law. You may not copy, reproduce, or use this content for commercial purposes without our written permission.
Messages and submissions
When you send us a message, review, or other submission through the Sites, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. You agree not to submit anything unlawful, offensive, or misleading.
