Anaheim White House Debuts Bites From Around The Globe Along With Specialty Cocktails, Fine Wines & Imported
Beers At Its Upstairs Bar/Lounge

(B Bar Ideal For Casual Dinner or Lite Bites & Drinks)

If you and your friends and family find yourselves in a dilemma when it comes to deciding what kind of cuisine you’re in the mood for, BBar at the newly opened Anaheim White House might just have the answer. The ultra-luxurious lounge, which occupies the entire second story of the restaurant, will offer bites from around the globe as well as a hearty selection of handcrafted cocktails, fine wines and foreign and domestic beers, announced chef/owner Sir Bruno Serato.

The sleek BBar interior boasts a dynamic cobalt blue and crisp white color palette and, in keeping with the dining room’s theme, its tables and chairs carry what Serato describes as a Barocco theme. This serves as the perfect backdrop for an eclectic menu of small dishes including French (Bourgogne Escargo and Foir Gras Creme Brulee), Japanese (California Rolls and Tempura Artichoke Hearts), Italian (Prosciutto di Parma and Lobster Ravioli) and other areas around the world.

Every square inch of the restaurant was painstakingly renovated after a devastating fire burned the 1909 Colonial-style mansion to the ground last year. While the main floor of the Italian steakhouse will be reserved for proper dining, BBar will still offer the full menu. It contains 3 rooms that may be closed off for private events.

Even more than his culinary prowess, Serato is known for his humanitarian work. He has earned international publicity including profiles in People Magazine, “CBS Evening News,”” “NBC Nightly News” and newspapers and magazines the world over. Among his many honors is being named a CNN Hero, being knighted by the Italian government, receiving a papal blessing from Pope Francis and earning a humanitarian award on the steps of the U.S. Capitol — all of which he accepts to generate public awareness of the needs of our most vulnerable population – our children.
